📦 Returns & Refunds

All Liveryland liveries are made to order for your vehicle. This includes sizing the livery to your selected vehicle, as well as producing it in your chosen colours and finishes.

Because of this, our liveries are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Please make sure your vehicle details, colours, finishes and any other options are correct before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@liveryland.com.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order. Once we have started preparing or producing your livery for your vehicle, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Production may include preparing the artwork for your vehicle, sizing, ordering specific materials, printing, cutting or other preparation for your order.

📬 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If your livery is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@liveryland.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review it and arrange the appropriate resolution.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As Liveryland liveries are produced to your selected vehicle specifications and chosen options, they are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
